My first bottling

I just bottled my first wine.

It's a semi-sweet mango.

I feel so proud... Like a daddy at birth... My baby might not be prettiest, but it's mine!

I have 4.5liters of peach, apple/pear, pineapple and banana - all nearly ready for bottling.

Next week I want to start with a ginger/chilli and maybe some mead
