Well this is part of my first larger smoke session in new smoker . First pic is a 10 lb brisket , second two is a pork butt , one out of package the other with my rub on it . The last one is pork BB ribs . I dont get them ready til an hour before I put on the smoker . Will Post more pics when I get the things started .

looks great, I'll do ribs, with a rub and olive oil the day before, let them marianate overnite then smoke them for 4-5 hours. Have to spoon them off the grill.
Your set up looks great!

Whatever it is that Runningwolf did looks gross.....:s

Heres a pic of the butt. And the brisket just getting in smoker . Just put ribs on at 9 am .
