I made some wine by just tossing Manchu berries and everything into the fermenting container,It seemed stuck so I added sugar, then days later yeast, then water ,then forgot it was there . Now I have a high alcohol reading but it is so sweet I don't want to drink it. It's bottled in big pop bottles. I'm wondering about adding a half teaspon of yeast to each bottle ,but since my vinmeter is reading high alcohol I doubt if it will eat any sugar up. I guess my question is how do I get the sugar taste out of it.

Make a dry(not sweet) batch and blend them. Sorry but there is a little bit more to making good wine them throwing some sugar and forgetting about it.If you read the tutorials here it will help
