Help with an F-pack

I have been unable to find info on an Fpack. I know that it is something to do with adding more flavor later, but I can't figure out exactly what it is and how to use it. Can someone point me in the right direction to learn how to make and use one?
 
Reserve some of your fruit that you are making the wine from. Make a concentrated juice from it by simmering down to approx. half of what the juice would of been when starting. Should be strong tasting of the fruit you are using. Now add to your wine. Should bump the fruit taste up. Be forwarned if you already have your wine clear, it will most likely cloud it back up and you will have to wait for clearing again. It will give much more flavor, tho. You can use a different fruit to change the flavor too. Good luck with it, Arne.
 
I want to make peach wine. I found a few recipies that call for an f-pack. Does it get added after you stablize?
