Mosti Mondiale Food Grade Plastic???

I think this is a dumb question but I want to make sure...Are the buckets that come with the Mosti Mondiale All Juice kits made of food grade plastic? I want to use them for making small batches. Thanks.

Look on the bottom of the bucket. It should say HDPE #2

I think it means High Density Poly Ethylene (sp)
