First kit! Strange new ingredients.

I am starting my first kit wine tonight. It is an Ice Riesling. There are all sorts of ingredients I have never heard of and get to learn. Bentinite. Kieselsol. Chitosan. Good times.

It's just some yummy clay, silicic adic and crab shells! Hehe its no wonder they used to think that brewing was a witch's endeavor! Sounds like a fun kit, keep us posted on the progress

Cohenhouse77, just pitched the yeast on my Reisling Ice Style wine. Is it the same one ? Ckecked it today and fermenting nicely. Bakervinyard
