Tasting notes?

Surprisingly good body/color, Red berries with balanced oak, very soft tannins. I think 3 months would a good time to start drinking this batch. No CO2 that I could detect, hopefully another round of vac-racking right before bottling will took care of that. The previous 1 gal (untweaked) bottling is young but very drinkable. Ready to move on the Syrahs.
