After my Dragon Blood clears (just about there!) I will rack again then back sweeten (wait a week to ensure it doesn't start fermenting again) do I bottle from that carboy or do I have to rack again?

I'm thinking once the wine is back sweetened and I wait a week that I will be bottling direct at that point but don't want to mess up so I appreciate the guidance!

If there is no sediment in the bottom of that carboy you can bottle from it, if there is rack to a clean container and then bottle

When done rack it into bottles, you will be racking it of any sediment and bottling at the same time. "two, two mints in one"

Sometimes the bottling process, starting and stopping the flow, upsets any sediment in that carboy. That is why you want to bottle from a container with no sediment in it.
