Advice please getting ready to start 3 kits

I made a mist style kit about a year ago. I upped the initial sg to 1.085 and added half of the fpac up front. I also cut the amount from 6 gallons to 5 gallons. It turned out very good. It was a White Merlot/Strawberry and drinkable quick.
