When bottling your batch do you put Camden tablets into the batch? If so how many do you use in a 5 gallon batch?

It was sitting for two weeks. Clearing with no bubbles in the airlock. I stabilized the batch and then added the sugar and now there is bubbles. It was dry until I added this last amount of sugar.

I just used Gimp for the first time and tried to export my label as a "jpg" file . It worked but when i went to open the jpg file the text wasn't in the picture. All the photos I used were in the jpg but no text. Anyone know how to export the whole picture into a jpg including the text?

Ok cool, I figured if i waited until I racked it and added the lemon juice it would take the place of the slurry I left in the bucket so I wouldnt have to add water to top it off.

Has anyone started off using only half the amount (48 oz) of lemon juice at the begining and then adding the other 48 oz when you rack it into the secondary ? Will it change the taste of the wine?

Well could you store them upside down for a week or two and watch to see if any leak? If no leaking that would mean a good seal correct?
