    Time frames

    Used corks?

    Does anyone reuse corks or is it out the questions. The reason i ask is because thay seem to be in good shape still despite the partial hole. Will they not hold the compression they need?

    Ok i get that bentonite grabs onto left over pulp and make them fall quicker. Does a clarifier such as pectic enzyme have the same effect on a wine that didnt start with pulp.
