    Fruit-grape wine

    I am thinking of making a 3 gallon batch of muscadine wine from 18 pounds of fruit I have frozen and was thinking of just mixing it with a grape base and going ahead and making 5 gallons instead. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what grape would go good with Muscadine?

    3 pound bag of K-Meta.

    George, on the bag of K-Meta it says 1/8th tsp. per gallon for stabilizing wine. Is that also the amount for sulphiting must? What about how much to add when racking?Also, it says 2 ounces per gallon water for sanitizing. How many TBLS. is 2 ounces? Thanks!
