    Self degassing?

    Will a Mead degass on its own if left in the secondary for awhile? I mean it has been racked maybe three times. It has always been a little thick looking when I checked on it, now I can see little tiny bubble rising constantly from the bottom. Thanks Dave

    What are you thoughts on wine and diabetes? I have sugar but, I love sweet wines. It hard to get used to drier wines, but I guess you can learn to like them. Does alcohol affect any bodies sugar? Just was thinking about it. Dave
