So this is the first kit I made of this type making the exotic zin and was wondering how much sugar I can add and not mess up the kit? The kit says ABV is 7% as is. Can I add sugar to make it like 11 or 12?
Yeast was Wyeast and it was for fruit wine I got it from Midwest supply. The juice was at 1085 when I started fermentation. I have the temp in the room at 74f I'm in florida with ac in my shed. I used energizer at the start. I will try your suggestions. Thank you

Also try to find a local wine club or perhaps look on this forum to see if someone is close that could guide you. I know for me I found a club and they have been VERY helpful. Also this forum is a great resource. Good luck
Wow that's a lot of bottles I have a hard job finding people to give me bottles. I now have a policy if they want a bottle they have to give me a empty
I have 2-6 gallon plastic and 2- 6 1/2 gallon wide mouth plastic. Not all that heavy when full. Primary in the 6 1/2 and secondary in the 6 works well for me.
