    oh yes, the bottled wine goes down into the cold storage room in the basement. I don't have a sink or any shelving down there to make it.

    I have a saskatoon berry, a mixed berry and an apple cider wine in secondary carboys aging. I have them in the kitchen cause I have no where else to go with them. Recently someone mentioned to me that I should have them in the dark. Is this true?

    I used the slurry from the mixed berry wine to make it. the finished product is a very light orange color and very good. I will take a picture of it and post it for you.
