I have a hydrolic press. I was moving it (to clean it) and forgot that it was still plugged in. Ended up yanking the power cord right out of the machine.
The power cord ran into an electrical box that is bolted to the machine. I opened up the box and, could not for the life of me figure out just how to reconnect things.
That press is needed for crush (we press our whites right away). Lucky for me, my older brother is an engineer. He cam yesterday and had it all working after about 2 hours of fiddling.
out of gratitude, I cooked some Hungarian beef stew (just like grandma`s.)
