I used a vino del vida by rj spangols. Cabernet syrah. It kinda tasted weird but hoping that cause its very young still. but more imortantly, there is alot of sediment. I know what I did wrond. Moved it around too much when I siphoned for carboy into bottling bucket. Lessons learned for next...
