I get excited every spring with violets, dandelion, redbud, etc. This year I found a new friend with almost a dozen lilac bushes. So, it is a first attempt. We will see if it is enjoyable in the fall.

Gary , I am a meade and flower wine maker. Limited experience. Currently I have traditional meade, aronia meade and dandelion wine. I am planning a lilac wine next.
