This winter I will be transplanting 2 16 year old concords.

I have been making muscadine wine and I also have quite a few concords. I am averaging around 150-200 bottles a year. I’m not getting all that from my grapes, I have been supplementing with a local grower.

Evening all. I have 6-8 vines currently growing. I have the opportunity to save a couple big vines. Question is can I dig these up in the winter and save them? I have attached pictures. The reason to move is mother in law doesn’t want them anymore. Her late husband used to tend to them.
