Newbie question for transferring to secondary
So this is what I got going, 9 days ago I mixed up a batch of strawberry wine with 8lbs of strawberries, 10lbs sugar, lV1118 yeast, added yeast energizer and nutrients and beginning gravity was 1.090. Finally fermentation
New to this whole wine making and decided to do a batch of strawberry wine for a request from a buddy. 6 gallon batch with 12 lbs of strawberries that I boiled and 10lbs of sugar. No fermentation
Newbie here and rehydrated my yeast with yeast booster, no fermentation after 16 hrs.....did I kill my yeast by mixing the 2 together ?- Mapleguy
