    can you pour a six gallon bucket of chilian juice into a 7 1/2 callon fermenting bucket before adding yeast or should I siphon it in ?

    When doing a juice bucket do you have to stir the juice every day or is that just for when there is fruit pulp or grapes in the must ?? One other question, would it help to add a lug of grapes to the juice before fermentation ? Thank you for your time. Al
