I'd like to pick up one or two LE18 kits but I'm not exactly sure which to pick.. We typically like dry and light or non-oaked wines. I'm not a pro at understanding the styles of each of the wines yet. So I was thinking of picking up the Barbaresco w/ skins and the Fumé Blanc. Thoughts?

Hi all, I'm fairly new to wine making and I've had a taste of the Island Mist White Cranberry and enjoy it but it's only 7% abv. Can I just add one bottle of Ocean Spray White Cranberry during primary fermentation to bump it up slightly? Would i need to make any other adjustments as well? Here...
