    Welch's Grape Wine Hello. I'm a newbe in the wine makeing area. I'm going to make a 1 gal batch of Welch's pasteurized grape juice (3 cans). This will be my first batch. My question is. Do I have to add pectic enzyme, and if so when should I add it. Thanks !!:)
