    wine is in carboy 7 days ago it was 1.100 SG Now it is 2 tick marks shy of the 90 above the 1.100 I can still smell yeast and co2 Wife says it doesn’t taste the wine and said she couldn’t detect any alcohol

    I pressed the Guiesenheim grapes today and transferred into Carboy Specific gravity is 1.001

    Hi from Nova Scotia

    Just bought a 73 acre property near the ocean with 2045 grape vines Frontenac Red. Frontenac Gris Marquette and Geisenheim. planning on another 15 acres Just finished harvest 9 tons and sold them Not a clue on wine making. But hope to have a winery in a few years.
