Failed to pre-dissolve meta - where will it go?
I just realized I was supposed to pre-dissolve the meta in water before adding to the crushed grapes (I just sprinkled it over top of the crushed grapes and then mixed it in). Fermentation is underway and going well...question is...what will happen to the potassium metabisulfite powder I...- adpowers
