    How can I tell if my wine is totally degassed?     Would adding extra yeast change the taste though?

    I am worried about my primary fermentation because I moved the bucket to a shelf after adding the yeast and some spilled out as I was lifting it! Do I need to add more yeast in case it came out with the spilled portion?? Help!!
