Cider still fermenting 2months in
Question for any hard apple cider makers. I started my cider October 1st. Its been racked once and still hasn't finished dry but is bubbling away 2-3 times per minute. Should I rack it again and wait longer? I know patience is key in winemaking. But it seems like its taking forever!- Foreveryoung

Hi all! First post of a long time lurker. Just came across DD's Dragon blood recipe and it was nirvana. I have a collection of berries I picked over the summer.
