So what's the difference between 18L concentrate kits and 23L all juice. I'm not sure how I feel yet but adding about 2gallons of water to the kits vs all juice. What do you guys think.

I've made 2 winexpert eclipse 1 selection kit and an enpremiur They are all new kits made within the past 4 months. Based on your opinions what do you guys feel makes the best wine at home. Frozen pails. Must in pails. Kits. Or wine grapes.
