So I was using this one recepie I was told about and did as instructed, but this left me with only about 2 inches of headspace. What If foam starts to hit the lid? Should I take out bit of liquid or the foam itself? Thanks in advance for anyone who can help ;)

Hey guys, it was hard to NOT find this great forum, and many tips have helped me during process of winemaking, so I gladly join this community. Right now I am making semi-sweet apple wine. I will let you all know how it goes ;)
