    Wine Grapes Direct

    I called them yesterday. WOW...you're right. They aren't cheap. They were a bit concerned about shipping to West Texas because everything here takes longer unless you ship FedEx or UPS overnight. We're so far out from Midland that a 3-5 day ground shipment takes 7-10 days to find us.

    Hi... I live in Midland, TX and nothing is fresh here except cattle. Everything is trucked in. Where did you buy your fresh grapes from?

    Plastic fermentor still smells of last batch

    My cousin always has a mess in his shed. Big containers of fermenting stuff all over the place. Although he told me that he uses a weak solution (10%) of muriatic acid (pool acid) to clean his stuff then lets if dry completely and rinses it with fresh water before using it again.
