    Thank you for your reply. Just stirred the skins down and looks like fermentation is working after all... Pink foam rising to surface and there is a light bubbling sound.

    Hi, My Concords have risen in the primary fermentation bucket.. but no action in air lock. It has been 5 days. Have used one pack of wine yeast 5 days ago. Am considering now adding 15g of yeast energizer. Have been stirring each day, pushing skins down. Any ideas please? Thank you...
