    Instead of freezing my berries whole I rinse, drain & then put the fruit through my food mill a few times until the residue is pretty dry, THEN I freeze in quart containers. 3.5 lbs of fruit gives me 2.75 lb seedless pulp. Your 36 lbs would require 14 quarts or so of pulp, not leaving much...
