    Thanks Stefani! I still consider myself very new after three years. I have a pineapple wine in the bottles, grapefruit in primary, three years of skeeter pee (another started today) and plenty of apfelwein. Done 5 or 6 batches of beer and am always looking to learn from anyone and everyone!

    Hello all! Been brewing for about three years now. Started with beer and now switch off and on between beer and wines. I'm originally from Colorado but now brew up north in frigid South Dakota. Glad to join the forums! Adam
