    Corks, Zorks or Screw caps ?

    I have been using Zork cork for about 7 batches so far. A bit pricey but I am quite happy with it. No tools needed, just press it down with your hand or a rubber mallet. I paid $32/100 online.

    In a a few kits that I have made the bag kept flowing on top and I had a hard time sinking it. so I stop using it. When racking I just simply put a paint strainer bag (Home Depot small size) over my racking cane with a rubber band and off I go. The flow rate is a bit slower but never clog.

    That's right, cloth bag use for crushed skins but I never use it. I just dump the GPack straight to my fermenter.
