    Mine did it as well. I really like this yeast and I think I'm going to try it on my blueberry mead I'm planning. I have some apple I need to do as wells .

    Banana Wine skins or no skins?

    I used skins in mine. It's very banana but finishes with a bitter taste. I think it had to many skins in it and its the reason for the bitter taste.

    Craazzzy idea...

    Would you ever be able to get the smell out of the primary? Or secondary for that matter? I've heard some horror stories of wines people tried and they left a smell behind that gt into the next batch they made.

    Apple Wine!

    I back sweeter mine with apple juice that I boiled down to almost no water then added it. The apple flavor really came out after that and it help make it sweeter. Win win in my book.

    What does pumpkin wine taste like? Does it come out similar to a pumpkin pie or just a straight up pumpkin flavor? I though about trying it but I don't like pumpkin but love pumpkin pie.
