I've seen a lot of different fruit wine recipes for 5 gallon wines using various amounts of fruit online. For example, on this forum, I've seen peach wine made with as little as 5 lbs of peaches to as much as 50 lbs of peaches. To a newbie, that's a big difference in the amount of fruit used...
