    Hope this isn't a dumb question. I have a 45-day Shiraz kit that I want to start, but I have to go on a trip in about a month and I was wondering if I could make it using the instructions for a 28-day kit. It may not be ideal, but do you think the results would be disastrous??? Would appreciate...
