I cannot find this Cote Des Blancs yeast for sale in the UK. It only seems to be available in America. Does anyone know of a UK equivalent yeast ?

I've added the sugar and fermentation is picking up. I hope the yeast hasn't started to die as this will affect the taste of the wine. Do you know of a better book or website with recipes so this doesn't happen again. cheers
