    I'm thinking a $175 kit is pretty damn good on its own and might not want to mess with it. Then again, I've never ventured further than 80 or 90 bucks for a kit. so....I don't know... While coming of age in the 70's, I remember Lambrusco being the "it" wine of the times. I couldn't resist...
