Racking 10 gallons of SP tonight, should be a hoot!!! Done sanitizing waiting a small bit for stuff to dry. Not sure If I waited to long or not....Checked the SG and eekkk, Can there be a too long?:D -Panama SG on 1st batch 1.099 SG on 2nd batch 1.010

Using a mead slurry for a 5 gallon batch of SP, the slurry has been in the fridge for a little while now. So guess im asking what is the best way to pitch/start the cooled slurry? and how much slurry is rec. for a 5 gallon batch? -Panama

Starting 2 batches this evening, one exactly to the tee, and the other a little different. Hit local brew shop for the Tannin today, so should have all needed.... On second batch was going to use VH Blackberry concentrate, any ideas on how to incorporate this to the recipe, or thoughts? Maybe...
