Too long in primary fermenter? Help!
I accidentally left my wine kit primary sit for 6 months. Can I still go ahead with it? SG is at 990, smells almost like super ripe cherries...- johnnyvintner

Other Costco kit in 2nd racking continues to 'bubble'
This is a Costco Merlot. I should say that in the primary it overflowed the bucket (I suppose it's possible I put too much water in). The process went well after that. Other Yeast not working?
I started a chardonnay on September 13th. It's an Argentia Ridge kit from Costco. I just checked the sg again and it's at 1.010. I think I'm reading it correctly. Can I add/use another yeast packet to get this puppy moving? Am I being too impatient? Is the sg OK? This hasn't happened...- johnnyvintner
