    How do I deal with a bacterial infection?

    So I screwed up. Left my wine too long. Didn't manage So2. Didn't keep the bung filled. Now I have an infection. It's on my red wine (Baco Noir grape from an old vine out back). Fermentation is long over. MLF too for that matter. They smell fine, so I don't think their too far gone though. One...
