Had a question about acid for this port when I mixed all the ingredients for a 3 gallon batch the PH was 4.02 after adding 3tsp. of acid blend will this be enough acid?SG was 1.110 and I plan to add more Sugar later to take it to 18%abv.
Was wandering could you use vaccum to filter wine? In place of pumping wine through filter why not rig up vaccum to draw it through would this not be less agitation to the wine,less o2 exposure etc. ? Just a thought.AL
