My husband and I run a 7000 plant Elderberry farm in eastern Oklahoma. The question we hear most often is, "Do you make wine?". Small farmers are in business to make a living, so we decided to give it a try! We've been experimenting with elderberry and elderflower wines for the past year and are ready to expand with a winery.

We recently found a great deal on four 300 L variable capacity stainless fermenters, but have many, many questions re: scaling up. We're hoping to learn a lot from the members of this forum.
