    Reading of this kit many times on this form has me seriously pondering making it right away. I will follow post to see updates and ideas as people put them.     How did you find our forum?

    I happened to come across this site by pure luck doing a google search for making red wine. The knowledge here is almost overwhelming and the more I read the more kits I want to make.

    Well I guess since I am lucky enough not to need the carboy and was looking at more anyway, it seems logical as you say to be able to adjust it as need be(with proper research of course). As for the supply, this is why I am looking at a few kits that will take longer to come of age so to speak...

    UGHHHH, proof read it and all, sorry for the mix up. If one does not yet own a barrel for aging, are you better off aging it in bulk in the carboy or in the bottles? In talking to people I have been given different opinions and am curious as to what people here think?

    Looking to learn

    Hello to all, I have made a few wine kits in the past, mostly of the Kool-Aid variety as that what they liked at camp. Have ordered my first red kit and hoping she likes it. Anyway looking forward to reading and learning. Best to you all
