Beginner Should I Bottle now
Thank you LUC I have read that I need to crush one campden tablet per gallon of wine before bottling. If i do this, how long shall i leave the crushed campden tablet in the wine before bottling?- rough2

Beginner Should I Bottle now
Hi Everyone. I'm new to making wine. I have 16 gallons on the go of different wines. I have 1 gallon of wine made from Welche's niagra grapes concentrate I started it on January 5th. I racked it on Jan 12th and again Feb 13. The SG was 1.100 its now 0.092. The wine has cleared. Should I...- rough2
