Root gardening. Grapevine cultivation EXPERIMENTING.w/ mars ( mm129) cross with THOMPSON SEEDLESS.
2nd crop on 4yr old vine...96 bunches on thompson and 53 bunches on the mars. both crossed by OPEN POLLINATION. plants are trellised 4 feet from each other. resulting grapes are in LARGE bunches, not super tight, and the fruit has a slipskin noseeds( or bits) inside..
extremely juicy sweet and addictive.
this year I'm grafting to a native muskidine for the disease resistance
I took cuttings last year.
