Thank you so much for your suggestions. Looking at those recipes they only make one gallon. Is brewing similar to cooking in that you can double it to make more or is there another catch?

Greetings All, My fiance and I are getting married in a little over a year and we would like to brew mead for the wedding. Are there any recipes that will be mature enough to drink in that time frame? Thanks
