Thanks for your response! The kit, i believe, doesn't improve with age past the 6 month mark (from what i have read online) and should be drunk anytime after 3 months in the bottle. My plan was to bottle but i may keeo in the carboy for 3 months as you suggest!. Is the k-meta only required when...
