The base is a fruit concentrate in 48 ounce cans frm the EC Kraus Company.I used 2 cans that had quite a bit of intact blueberries. I started it May 3rd. You just add the yeast,sugar etc. The sg was 1.93 to start. Today its 1.00. It looks like theres alot of residual...
I should have said this was from a kit. The instructions didn't say to put the juice in a straining bag. I will remove the berries tonight & check the SG. I hate to say this but how do you "degas"? Last week I tasted the wine & it was tasty but sweet ( not too sweet)

I started a batch of blueberry early May. I've added Yeast nutrient twice as the wine is fermenting slowly. Last week the sg was 1.004. Is that the usual for some wine? There is still blueberries floating on top. Should I remove them? I've racked twice. Should I do it again...
